Host multivesicular bodyHost endosomeHost cell

The host multivesicular bodies are a type of late endosome containing internal vesicles formed following the inward budding of the host outer endosomal membrane. The contents of the MVBs are then released into the lysosome lumen. The proteins found in the limiting membrane of MVBs are recycled to other compartments.
