Protein which can be altered by a structural chromosomal rearrangement. Structural rearrangements result from chromosome breakage, followed by reconstitution in an abnormal combination. Classes of chromosomal rearrangements include: deletions, duplications, insertions, inversions, translocations and transpositions.
