A rare autoinflammatory disease of skin and bone resulting in sterile multifocal osteomyelitis, periostitis, and pustulosis from birth. The term autoinflammatory disease describes a group of disorders characterized by attacks of seemingly unprovoked inflammation without significant levels of autoantibodies and autoreactive T-cells.
