Involved in the O-glucosylation of trans-zeatin and dihydrozeatin. Also active in vitro on cis-zeatin, dihydrozeatin-9-N-Glc, and olomoucine. Can detoxify the explosive 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene in plant by forming O- or C-glucose conjugates.2 Publications
