Developmental stagei

Expressed at E9.5, with a pattern of expression that shows restricted localization to the myotome of somites. By E13.5, expression is observed within intercostal and back muscles. At E14.5 and E15.5, expression is observed in tail myotomal muscles, and in intervertebral and back muscles. Hybridization was also detected within limb muscles. This pattern of expression was maintained at least up until E17.5. No localization within the heart.1 Publication
