Catalyzes phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthesis from CDP-ethanolamine. It thereby plays a central role in the formation and maintenance of vesicular membranes. Involved in the formation of phosphatidylethanolamine via 'Kennedy' pathway (By similarity).By similarity
