Isoform 1 is ubiquitous with high level in testis, placenta and cardiac myocytes. Isoform 2 is expressed in testis, unpreganant uterus and cardiac myocytes. Ref.1

Isoform 1 and isoform 2 are both up-regulated by DNA damaging agents like H2O2 in cardiac myocytes. Ref.1
