Functioni

Can activate or inhibit Wnt signaling in a context-dependent manner. Activates the canonical Wnt pathway whereby acts through Disheveled proteins and beta-catenin. Antagonises Wnt signaling through the canonical pathways presumably by blocking accessibility of certain WNTs to their receptors. Induces posterior neural markers via components of the canonical Wnt pathway.1 Publication
