Catalytic activity

2-lysophosphatidylcholine + H2O = glycerophosphocholine + a carboxylate.

Enzyme regulation

Inhibited by E-6-bromomethylene-3-1-naphthalenyl-2H-tetrahydropyran-2-one (BEL).
