Enzyme catalyzing the degradation of lysoplasmalogen. Lysoplasmalogens are formed by the hydrolysis of the abundant membrane glycerophospholipids plasmalogens. May control the respective levels of plasmalogens and lysoplasmalogens in cells and modulate cell membrane properties.By similarity
