Highly inhibits both nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (neuronal (IC50=8.7 µM for alpha-3/beta-4) and neuromuscular (IC50=0.54 µM for alpha-1/beta-1/epsilon/delta) subtypes) and the voltage-gated potassium channel Kv1.6/KCNA6 subtype (IC50=1.59 µM).
