General annotation (Comments)

Function

Potential transcriptional activator. Suppressor of TATA-binding protein (TBP) with a deletion of the nonconserved N-terminus which disrupts normal transcriptional regulation in the cell. Physically interacts with the SNF1 kinase.

Miscellaneous

Present with 238 molecules/cell in log phase SD medium. Ref.4

Sequence similarities

To yeast MTH1.
