Allergenic properties

Causes an allergic reaction in human. Binds to IgE. A.simplex is a fish parasite that, when accidentally ingested by humans, may cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. Heat resistant, can cause allergic reactions after heating at 100 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes. Ref.1
