Sorting nexin, involved in the separation or division of vacuoles throughout the entire life cycle of the cells (By similarity). Involved in retrieval of late-Golgi SNAREs from post-Golgi endosomes to the trans-Golgi network, for cytoplasm to vacuole transport (Cvt), mitophagy, and pexophagy.
