Caution

Deletion HUR1 has been reported to cause increased sensitivity to hydroxyurea (Ref.4). However, HUR1 partially overlaps with PMR1 and a later analysis revealed that deletion of PMR1 but not HUR1 affected resistance to hydroxyurea (Ref.5).
