Deletion HUR1 has been reported to cause increased sensitivity to hydroxyurea (1 Publication). However, HUR1 partially overlaps with PMR1 and a later analysis revealed that deletion of PMR1 but not HUR1 affected resistance to hydroxyurea (1 Publication).
