Function

Component of the MIS complex, a complex that mediates N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methylation on some mRNAs during meiosis and is required for sporulation. In the complex, mediates the entry of the MIS complex in nucleolus, where methylation takes place. Ref.5 Ref.6
