Functioni

Catalyzes the covalent attachment of ubiquitin to other proteins. Capable, in vitro, to ubiquitinate histone H2A. Has a role in the negative regulation of gluconeogenesis. Required for proteasome-dependent catabolite degradation of fructose-1,6-bisphosphatase (FBPase).2 Publications
