  1. Functioni

    Alpha-conotoxins act on postsynaptic membranes, they bind to the nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) and thus inhibit them. This toxin blocks muscular nAChRs alpha-1/gamma and alpha-1/delta subunits.
