Cells overexpressing Sh3gl3 show inhibition of transferrin uptake. Olfactory epithelium-derived cells overexpressing Sh3gl3, Drd2 and Adrbk1/Grk2 show accelerated differentiation upon addition of apomorphine due to reduced agonist-induced endocytosis of Drd2.
