Pan proteomei This proteome is part of the Pectobacterium atrosepticum (strain SCRI 1043 / ATCC BAA-672) (Erwinia carotovora subsp. atroseptica) pan proteome (fasta)

The genus Erwinia currently contains both pathogenic and nonpathogenic bacteria. Erwinia carotovora subsp. atroseptica strain SCRI 1043 is a commercially important pathogen restricted to potato in temperate regions. It is the causative agent of blackleg in the field and soft rot of tubers after harvest.
