Pan proteomei This proteome is part of the Acinetobacter sp. ADP1 pan proteome (fasta)

Gram-negative, nutritionally versatile chemoheterotroph soil bacterium. Species of Acinetobacter are known to be involved in biodegradation of a number of different pollutants and in the production of economically valuable products. The strain ADP1 is exceptionally competent for natural transformation and grows rapidly, therefore making it a good system to recover genes with biodegradative functions from other microorganisms.
