Conversion of Swiss-Prot to mixed-case characters
The conversion of Swiss-Prot entries from all UPPER CASE to MiXeD CaSe is now completed. This modification does not apply to the following line types:
- ID (IDentification) line
- AC (ACcession number) line
- RP (Reference Position) line
- SQ (SeQuence) line
- Amino acid sequence
