Definition

A disorder characterized by facial dysmorphism that includes hypertelorism, blepharophimosis, blepharoptosis and highly arched eyebrows, cleft lip and/or palate, craniosynostosis, learning disability and genital, limb and vesicorenal anomalies. The term 3MC syndrome includes Carnevale, Mingarelli, Malpuech, and Michels syndromes.
